KIDS TINY KICKERS & GENERATION X CLASSES
We have programmes to suit everyone. 3-4 Years of age. Our Unique Tiny Kickers programme is a specially designed, that teaches more than just TaeKwon-Do. It teaches youngsters to be good citizens and prepares them for life, or at least school. This programme includes lessons in safety and life skills as well as physical martial arts skills. These skills help the students become well rounded by promoting the child's social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth.  We then have our Generation X for 5-7 years old. CADETS & JUNIORS CLASSES
Taekwon-Do is composed of fundamental movements, patterns, dallyon, sparring and self-defence techniques that are so closely related that it is impossible to segregate one phase of instruction from another. Fundamental movements are necessary for sparring and patterns, while both patterns and sparring are indispensable for perfection of fundamental movements.

ADULT CLASSES
From our adults up to veterans, our designed programmes are not only for the younger ones in mind but also for the older athlete. Our elite section within the Association for seniors aged 35+yrs, which aims to lay a foundation of Taekwon-Do without the physical strain sometimes expected from the teenager.Tell me more...
