Keith has undergone intense physical training in ITF TaeKwon-Do since the age of 16 when a then 4th Degree Black Belt Stuart Dutton discovered him brawling in the streets with local hooligans who had attacked after trying to steal his mobile phone. Mr Dutton noticed Keith's tendency to kick rather than punch while fighting so decided to spectate until the fight was over. Though he put up a good fight, Keith was eventually overpowered by the six hooligans and so decided to retreat. The hooligans followed and so did Mr Dutton. A bloody and bruised Keith was caught up with by the juveniles who exclaimed 'We're gonna kick your head in mate'. Having seen enough Mr Dutton proclaims 'Hey! You know why I'm good? God made me good.' After which Keith and Mr Dutton teamed up throwing devastating kicks and punches in all directions until there was no one left standing. Astounded by the speed and power of the TaeKwon-Do expert's kicks, Keith immediately proposed the idea that Mr Dutton take him under his wing and train him to the highest of standards. To this day they are still training together with one thought in mind, 'higher, faster, stronger kicks' and are putting on public displays of their abilities under the identity of 'The Elite'
