Pro TaeKwon-Do Kickboxing

Amateur & Professional Kickboxing...

New for 2009 our "Pro-Taekwon" system which is unique to the Imperial TaeKwon-Do Association. We aim to lay a foundation of solid striking ability combined with superior ring craft our syllabus is designed following many years of experience.

Concentrating on correct technique and application as well as physical fitness, the class is structured to provide intense cardio workout while learning the advanced techniques and also employ the advanced kicking skills from Taekwon-Do combined with western boxing techniques.
