Strength & Flexibility Training: Leith Academy (March 19, 2010)

 Friday the 19th, we will be working various aspects of kicking for 1 hour.

• P.N.F. Stretching

• Partner Stretching

• Dynamic Stretching

• Leg Strengthening

• Core work and kicking techniques to finish

Following Friday 26th will be: 1 step and all kicking patterns.



Venue: Leith Academy H.S
Time:    6-7pm.
